Ramila Khafaji Zadeh is a trainer and designer specialising in Futures Literacy processes at Hanze University of Applied Sciences and the UNESCO Chair in Futures Literacy. She leads projects for governments, various industries, higher education institutions, the United Nations, and NGOs. With extensive experience in designing and leading Futures Literacy interventions related to social innovation and governance, Ramila collaborates with local municipalities and larger governmental entities. She has also worked as a consultant in transformation and organisational change and is currently focused on making Futures Literacy more accessible to communities.
