THE FIRST INDEX OF ITS KIND to measure Dubai government entities’ readiness for the future

The Dubai Future Readiness Index, developed by Dubai Future Foundation in collaboration with Dubai Government Excellence Program, will assess Dubai government entities across 5 key areas including foreseeing and preparing for the global changes and responding to the relevant challenges proactively, rapidly and flexibly. This also includes optimizing and raising the capabilities of Human Resources, adopting the cutting-edge technologies, and harnessing innovation to boost future readiness.

Objectives

Develop readiness of government entities to address local and global challenges and developments

Empower Dubai government entities’ employees with the capabilities and expertise to design strategies for the future and encourage innovation

Establishing Dubai’s position as a leading city of the future that enhances the well-being and protects the livelihoods of its people
