Sally Abi Khalil, the Middle East and North Africa Regional Director of Oxfam International, has 20 years of experience in humanitarian development across the MENA region. A Chevening Scholar with master’s degrees from the London School of Economics and the American University of Beirut, she has led numerous programmes supporting youth and women, civil society networks, and feminist leadership.
