Justice Md Ashraful Kamal is a Judge of the High Court Division, Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He was elevated as an Additional Judge of the High Court Division in December 2010 and later affirmed as a full-time Judge in December 2012. Justice Kamal has delivered various constitutionally significant judgements and orders regarding human rights, health rights, company law, and environmental law. His most landmark judgement was regarding environmental law, particularly the establishment of legal personhood for rivers in the case of Human Rights and Peace for Bangladesh.
