About Speaker

Markus Iofcea, based in Zürich (CH), is a future archaeologist with extensive corporate experience in futures studies and innovation. In his view, the future is a vast archaeological site where many possible futures are buried and waiting to be discovered. Combining his unique approach with foresight and art, he brings a distinctive perspective to the fields of long-term futures, speculative design, and innovation. Together with Marcel Aberle, he recently wrote a book called Zurück zur Zukunft, about methods and the mindset of shaping the future.
