Glenn Gainor is a highly accomplished industry professional with a wealth of experience in physical production. He has held key positions at Amazon MGM and Sony Pictures under the Screen Gems label. He managed productions from Red One with Dwayne Johnson, Candy Cane Lane with Eddie Murphy, to Being the Ricardos directed by Aaron Sorkin. At Sony, he played a pivotal role in the success of movies like The Perfect Guy, No Good Deed, Think Like a Man, Friends with Benefits, and Obsessed. Glenn’s contributions to the industry have been recognised with several awards, including the prestigious Sir Charles Wheatstone Award from The Advanced Imaging Society. He co-founded Sony Innovation Studios and has been an advocate for sustainability efforts in film production, implementing eco-friendly practices such as using Sony's alpha cameras, LED lights, and battery technology. His dedication to environmentally friendly productions dates back to 2007, when he oversaw the construction of a super-structure for the film Quarantine, which was later reused for multiple productions.
