Rajiv Ahuja serves as the Executive Director of ASA’s On Aging Institute, where he drives the Institute’s strategic growth through vision setting, innovative partnerships, education development, and member programming. Before joining ASA, Rajiv was a Director at the Milken Institute's Future of Ageing, where he focused on ageing policies and programmes that support healthy longevity. He led the Institute's Alliance to Improve Dementia Care and cultivated interdisciplinary partnerships to improve the lives of older adults affected by dementia and their families. Rajiv spearheaded efforts to incentivise policy, business, and technology-based approaches that promote brain health, combat stigma, reduce costs, and bridge health and economic disparities. Rajiv also worked to strengthen the Institute's global ageing networks to promote prevention and wellness for longer, healthier lives. Prior to joining the Institute, Rajiv worked as a healthcare consultant, advising government entities, health plans, and providers. Rajiv holds a Master’s in Healthcare Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz School of Public Policy and a JD from American University in Washington, DC.
