Dr. Marius Oosthuizen is a distinguished futurist, academic, and consultant, who holds dual master’s degrees in strategic foresight and social and political ethics, as well as a Ph.D. in public leadership. His global perspective has been sharpened by experiences in over 40 countries. As director, scenarios at the World Energy Council and adjunct faculty at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, Dr. Oosthuizen works at the intersection of policy and strategy, development, security and diplomacy. Dr. Oosthuizen regularly partners with institutions like the Institute for Security Studies and consults to a range of sectors including governments, corporations and civil society networks to help executive leaders develop future-orientated strategy.
