Are there designated parking lots available?
Valet parking will be provided at the main entrance of the Emirates Towers.

How can I apply for a course?
If you are an individual, please apply directly through the website (link). If you are an HR representative applying on behalf of your staff, please contact us at [email protected]

How long after I’ve applied, will I hear a response?
We will do our best to confirm within a week of your application.

Does the academy offer custom courses?
Please contact [email protected] for inquiries on custom courses.

What COVID-19 precautions will you be taking to ensure student safety?
All safety measures are in place to protect participants. Masks must be worn throughout the course duration, and classes are limited to 12 participants per batch.

What happens if I’m no longer able to attend?
You must inform the Dubai Future Academy team up to 1 week before the course starting day. Upon signing the terms and conditions agreement, you will be eligible to pay for the course if you are a no show. 

Will I receive a certificate after course completion?
Yes, you will receive a completion certificate so long as you attend 100% of the course. If you cannot attend a portion of the course, you must inform the Dubai Future Academy team in advance to avoid any repercussions.

Do you offer a letter of attendance for my HR?
On request, we can provide an attendance report for your respective HR.

What are the fees for the courses?
The courses are free of charge for Dubai Government employees. Please attach your work ID to the application.
