DUBAI FUTURE FOUNDATION (“DFF”) ONLINE COURSES STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BY ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING IN THE ONLINE COURSES OFFERED OR ARRANGED BY DFF (“DFF COURSES”), YOU AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN. READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ATTENDING AND/OR PARTICIPATING. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, DO NOT ATTEND OR PARTICIPATE IN THE ONLINE COURSES.

1. DUBAIFUTURE.AE ACCOUNT (FUTURE ID)
You need to create a FUTURE ID (an account and profile on dubaifuture.ae) to attend or participate in the DFF Courses. By attending and/or participating in the DFF Courses, you hereby represent and warrant to DFF that (a) you are the holder and sole authorized user of the FUTURE ID used to access the DFF Courses and (b) you have read, or had ample opportunity to read, and hereby agree to the terms and conditions set out in our website Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. SCOPE OF DFF COURSES
The DFF Courses are provided free of charge and can be accessed online with any authorized holder of a Dubai Futures account. The DFF Courses are provided in English language with Arabic subtitles included where DFF deems appropriate.

On completion of each DFF Courses, DFF may issue certificates of participation and completion. DFF reserves the right to withhold issuance of any such certificates in its sole discretion.

3. LICENSE
DFF grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content provided to you by DFF solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes in accordance with these terms and conditions and any conditions or restrictions associated with the particular content or features of the DFF Courses.

DFF reserves the right to revoke any license to access and use any content provided as part of or relating to the DFF Courses at any time and for any reason.

4. PROHIBITED USE
You shall not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense or otherwise transfer or use any content provided as part of or relating to the DFF Courses without the explicit prior written consent of DFF.

You shall not access or use the DFF Courses for any unlawful purpose. Your access to and use of the DFF Courses must comply with all laws applicable to you, including but not limited to local and national laws and regulations.

You shall not violate the rights of others (including but not limited to intellectual property rights) through your access to, use of or participation in the DFF Courses.

5. FEEDBACK
From time to time DFF may solicit, and you may provide feedback, suggestions, submissions, testimonials, endorsements, information or materials in, through or relating to the DFF Course (“Contributions”). You agree that submission of any Contributions is at your own risk and that DFF has no obligations (including without limitation obligations of confidentiality) with respect to such Contributions. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit the Contributions. You hereby grant to DFF a fully paid, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, perform, display, distribute, adapt, modify, re-format, create derivative works of, and otherwise commercially or non-commercially exploit in any manner, any and all Contributions, and to sublicense the foregoing rights, in connection with the operation and maintenance of DFF’s business and operations.

6. DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
All content and services made available through the DFF Courses are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as insofar as any such warranties (express or implied) may not be disclaimed under applicable law.

DFF does not warrant that the DFF Courses will operate in an uninterrupted or error-free manner or that the DFF Courses are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the DFF courses or content provided will meet your needs or expectations. DFF also makes no warranty about the accuracy, completeness, conformance with description, timeliness, or quality of the DFF Courses or content, or that any particular DFF Courses or content will continue to be made available. DFF reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the DFF Courses from time to time.

By participating in the DFF Courses, you agree that such participation is at your own risk. Your access to or download of information, materials, or data through the DFF Courses or any reference sites is at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your property (including your computer system) or loss of data that results from the download or use of such material or data, unless otherwise expressly provided for in the DFF Privacy Policy.
