As part of our goal at the Dubai Future Accelerators program, we aim to help the companies succeed by opening up opportunities for them to connect to our wider ecosystem to learn, grow and build their network during and after the program.

Eyad F. Latif, Counsel at Latham & Watkins
Eyad is Counsel and a member of the Corporate Department and Mergers & Acquisitions, Emerging Companies, and Venture Capital Practice Groups. Mr Latif’s practice focuses primarily on representing emerging growth companies (public and private) and their funding sources including venture capital and private equity firms. He has represented numerous international and Middle East-based emerging growth companies and venture capital and private equity firms in transactions across a wide range of industries, including AI, BioTech, E-commerce, EdTech, CleanTech, FinTech, and HealthTech.
Omar Maayeh, Senior Associate at Latham & Watkins
Omar is a member of the Corporate Department, Mergers & Acquisitions and Emerging Companies, and Venture Capital Practice Groups. Omar’s practice focuses primarily on representing emerging growth companies (public and private) and their funding sources including venture capital and private equity firms.
